Collaborations

The VSP project is funded by the European Union under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA). It will be carried out at the Universidad de Granada, between the University of Granada, Department of General Linguistics and Theory of Literature and the Mind and Brain Research Centre (CIMCYC)..

Part of the VSP project is the collaboration with Granada UNESCO City of Literature Unesco and the Federico García Lorca Centrewhose main objective is to dedicate a part of the VSP vocal archive to the poets of Granada in order to evaluate the culture of the Andalusian territory and transfer the results.

One of the main collaborations of the VSP project is the Voices of Italian Poets (VIP) project Voices of Italian Poets (VIP), developed at the “Arturo Genre” Laboratory of Experimental Phonetics at the University of Turin.

Friends and collaborators of the project are also other cultural actors, such as poetry festivals and cultural managers, who give us the opportunity to record poets from different parts of Spain. Among them, we would like to mention and thank the Marpoética Festival..

Since January 2024, the project has also collaborated with the Phonetics Laboratory of the University of Santiago de Chile.

Finally, we would like to thank the Voz Viva of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and the Library of Congress in Washington (AHLOT Archive) for their valuable work in preserving voices over time and for allowing us to listen to recordings of 20th century poets through our website. Thanks to the directors of the archives for their kindness and collaboration.
