Intellectual Property and Data Protection of VSP
The intellectual property of the project, the website, and its archive belongs to the principal investigator, Valentina Colonna, and the University of Granada (UGR). The project complies with the legislation regarding the protection of personal data, as well as with the regulations developed by the UGR for this purpose.
All materials resulting from the project or generated as a consequence of its development are the property of the University of Granada (UGR).
In any citation of the project, the following reference must be included:
“Voices of Spanish Poets. Vocal Archive and Experimental Study on Poetry Reading (VSP). Project funded by the European Commission (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions – MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship). Principal Investigator: Valentina Colonna. University of Granada. 2023-2025.”
For any use of the materials included in the archive outside the VSP platform, it is mandatory to request written authorization from the project management.
The audio files available on this platform constitute a processing of personal data and are intended exclusively for research and educational purposes within the scope of the project. Any use for other purposes, whether partial or total, or any dissemination or communication without the consent of the individuals concerned, constitutes a violation of data protection regulations and will entail the corresponding legal responsibilities.
Regarding audio recordings owned by other archives, users must comply with the regulations established by each respective archive for their use.
